1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Product packaging is tampered with upon delivery.
- Wrong product received.
- Product received in a leaking condition.
- Product received in a spoiled or unfit condition.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Proof Required
To process your request, please share:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Clear images showing the issue
Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food products
- Partially consumed products
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales
- Orders where the customer has changed their mind after delivery
4. Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved, we may:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a store credit, or
- Provide a refund at our sole discretion
The resolution method will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.
5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund timelines:
- UPI Payments: 3–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking: 5–10 business days
- Wallet Payments: As per provider timelines
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:
- Contact us within 48 hours.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.
Divya Prabha Foods will not be responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by customers.
8. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:
- Shipping charges may be deducted from any refund.
- Future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be restricted.
9. Quality Assurance
Our pickles and food products are prepared using carefully selected ingredients and traditional recipes.
Minor variations in:
- Taste
- Color
- Texture
- Spice level
may occur naturally and do not qualify as defects.
